SHOREHAM — A 57-year-old man was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Shoreham yesterday.
Police say they were at a home on Lapham Road recovering a stolen ATV at around 1:10 p.m.
It was found that David Ambrose, of Shoreham, had an active arrest warrant.
Ambrose was taken into custody without incident.
He was transported to Middlebury Police department for processing and at the conclusion he was released to Middlebury Probation and Parole.
He was then transported by Middlebury Probation and Parole to Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility where he was held without bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court today.
