WESTMINSTER — A 25-year-old man from Connecticut was arrested for DUI following an incident in Westminster early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle off the road and the driver slumped over on I-91 south at around 4:45 a.m.
Following an investigation, police say they arrested Fernando Diaz Duran, of Waterbury, Connecticut.
He was charged with suspicion of DUI after standardized field sobriety tests were performed.
Duran was brought to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was cited to appear in court on March 21.
