JERICHO — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Jericho yesterday.

The crash took place on Route 117 and Barber Farm Road at around 8:00 a.m.

According to the report, Alexander Mihavics, 34, of Hinesburg, was traveling south on Route 117 behind a box truck and was making a right turn onto Barber Farm Road.

Due to the box truck in front of him, his view was obscured of any incoming traffic, which caused him to hit Daniel Beem, 37, of Waterbury, who was headed into Essex.

Police say all operators and passengers sustained no injuries and none of the drivers provided any signs of impairment.

Due to disabling damage to both vehicles they were removed by Ron Bushey Towing and Mike Bushey Towing.

Troopers were assisted by the Department of Motor Vehicles, Underhill/Jericho Fire Department, and Mike/Ron Bushey Towing.
