BERLIN — A 23-year-old man from Massachusetts was arrested for negligent operation in Berlin yesterday.
Police say they were conducting speed enforcement on I-89 north at around 7:40 p.m.
They identified a black BMW SUV traveling 125 miles-per-hour in a posted 65 miles-per-hour zone.
Troopers made contact with the driver who identified himself as Kaicheng Gu.
Gu was arrested and released on a citation for a later date and time for negligent operation.
