RUTLAND — The Rutland City Police Department has released an activity log of arrests made by law enforcement officers between March 2 and March 5.
During this time period, there were several arrests made for various offenses ranging from fentanyl trafficking to hate motivated crimes.
Terrence Henderson, a 57-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, for fentanyl trafficking. Sgt. Plemmons arrested him following a suspicious person call for service, during which he was found to be in possession of 23 grams of fentanyl.
Henderson was lodged in lieu of $25,000 bail.
In addition, there were several arrests made for domestic assault and aggravated domestic assault. Officer Carapezza arrested Kelly Lamoureux, a 49-year-old woman from Rutland, for domestic assault following a reported domestic disturbance.
She was issued conditions of release and released on a citation.
Officer Dumas arrested Michael Wright, a 38-year-old man from Rutland, for aggravated domestic assault following a reported domestic disturbance.
He was also issued conditions of release and released on a citation.
Furthermore, there were arrests made for violating conditions of release, drug possession, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, false information, and hate motivated crimes.
These arrests were made by officers Cpl. Heter, Officer Rajda, and Officer Maguire.
