HINESBURG — A 64-year-old man from Waitsfield was arrested for DUI following a crash in Hinesburg yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place in the area of Baldwin Road at around 3:40 p.m.
The driver was identified as David D. Darr.
Police say he was uninjured as a result of the crash.
According to the report, several signs of impairment were observed and Darr was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI 2nd or subsequent.
He was transported to the Williston State Police barracks where he was later released with a citation.
Troopers were assisted on the scene by Hinesburg Fire and Rescue and Giroux’s towing.
