DUMMERSTON — A 49-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested for his third DUI in Dummerston yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified that Ralph Lapsley, of Claremont, NH, advised his vehicle was disabled and out of gasoline on I-91 south at around 3:00 p.m.
Police say Lapsley displayed multiple indicators of impairment roadside.
Lapsley was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and processed at the Westminster State Police barracks.
He was released on a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
