WESTMINSTER — A 46-year-old man from Connecticut was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Westminster yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a disabled vehicle on I-91 at around 9:30 p.m.
Police allege that Devon Leborious, of Broadbrook, CT, showed signs of impairment.
He was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
Leborious was transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster barracks for processing.
He was released with a criminal citation to appear in court on March 21 to answer the charge.
