Crash in Lyndon leads to power outage

LYNDON — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Lyndon yesterday.

The crash took place in the area of Main Street at around 10:40 p.m.

According to the report, a silver Ford F-250 work truck and a black BMW 328i were involved.

Witnesses told police that the driver of the Ford F-250 was traveling erratically when he failed to maintain their lane.

The truck drove onto the sidewalk, and hit and destroyed two power lines.

The driver of the BMW, Brenna Goodine, 25, of Lyndon, was uninjured.

Police say her vehicle sustained severe damage and was inoperable.
