KILLINGTON — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Killington today.
The crash took place on Killington Road, south of Miller Brook Road, at around 10:40 a.m.
Police identified one of the drivers as Matthew Thayer, 32, of Rutland.
Thayer’s vehicle was located in the northbound lane of the road.
Christopher Brown, 28, of Richmond, VA, was located in a driveway off the west shoulder of the road.
According to the report, Thayer was exiting a driveway off the east shoulder of the road and entering the northbound lane prior to the crash.
Police say Thayer’s vision was obstructed by a plow truck.
Thayer entered the road and was struck by Brown.
Troopers were assisted by Earle’s Truck Repair and Killington Auto.
No injuries were reported, police say.
