DANVILLE — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash involving a truck in Danville yesterday.
The crash took place on US Route 2 at around 6:40 p.m.
According to the report, Keith Burtt, 74, of Cabot, was traveling east along US-2 and attempted to make a left turn across westbound lanes of travel.
Simultaneously, Alexandra Milne, 27, of Danville, was traveling west and approaching the intersection where Burtt was turning.
All westbound lanes of travel were blocked by Burtt’s John Deere 5100E tractor and the associated trailer.
Milne’s vehicle struck the rear portion of Burtt’s trailer.
Police say both Burtt and Milne were uninjured, however, Milne’s vehicle was towed from the scene due to extensive damage.
