KINGSTON — Police say they have recovered a gun used in a shooting incident that occurred in the parking lot of the Draft House last Saturday night.

Steven Broadley pleaded not guilty to several felony charges that stem from the incident.

The shooting took place in the parking lot.

Broadley is accused of approaching two people he knew who were sitting in a truck.

He allegedly broke off the side passenger mirror and grabbed the woman by her hair.

The victims told police Broadley pointed the gun at them and then shot in the air and toward the truck.

Chief Johnson said he would like to thank his officers, along with members of the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office and the NH State Police K-9 Unit for their assistance over the past several days of this investigation.

The investigation is still active and ongoing.
