Driver arrested for DUI #3 in Royalton

ROYALTON — A 40-year-old man from Randolph was arrested for his third DUI in Royalton this morning.

Police say they initiated a traffic stop on David Felton on Vermont Route 107 at around 10:45 a.m.

During the stop, police say they suspected Felton was under the influence of intoxicants.

Felton was arrested for suspicion of DUI and brought back to the Royalton barracks for processing.

He was cited and released to appear in court on March 14.

He will face charges of DUI #3.
