MILTON — A 31-year-old woman from St. Albans was arrested for DUI following a crash in Milton yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on I-89 north at around 7:45 p.m.
Police say they identified the sole occupant and driver as Jennifer Sturgis.
According to the report, Sturgis was traveling north when she lost control of her vehicle and went off the road.
Police say nobody was injured during the crash.
While speaking with Sturgis, police say they observed several indicators of impairment.
She was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, Sturgis was released with a citation to appear in court on March 28 to answer the charge.
