WESTMINSTER — A 40-year-old man from New Hampshire was arrested for his third DUI following an incident in Westminster this morning.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop after observing a motor vehicle violation on I-91 north at around 10:00 a.m.
During the stop, the driver, identified as Justin Wilson, displayed indicators of impairment.
Wilson was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was later released to a sober party, police say.
