MONTPELIER — A 32-year-old woman from St. Johnsbury was arrested in Montpelier earlier this month.
Authorities say they were notified of a physical altercation involving multiple parties on Taylor Street at around 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 13.
Police allege that Victoria Sherman had assaulted another individual and generally behaved in a violent and tumultuous manner.
She was found to have multiple sets of court-ordered conditions of release prohibiting the consumption of alcohol and displaying violent, tumultuous, and threatening behavior.
Police say that probable cause that the Sherman had committed the crime of simple assault, disorderly conduct, and violation of conditions of release and was arrested.
