NORTH TROY — A 54-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in North Troy yesterday.
Authorities say they received a 911 hangup from a home at around 8:00 p.m.
Police say that a man was at this home when they arrived.
An active arrest warrant was found for Timothy Phillips, of North Troy.
Phillips was also violating his court-ordered conditions of release.
He was taken into custody and transported to Northern State Correctional Facility.
