JEFFERSONVILLE — A 31-year-old man from Morristown was arrested for DUI drugs following an incident in Jeffersonville today.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop after clocking a vehicle driving 61 miles-per-hour in the posted 40 miles-per-hour zone on Route 15.
The location was in front of Aubuchon Hardware, at around 10:15 a.m.
The driver was identified as Michael Ulrich.
Police say they observed several indicators of impairment and Ulrich was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.
At the completion of processing, Ulrich was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date.
