LONDONDERRY — A 30-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Londonderry today.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault that occurred on Goodaleville Road at around 6:40 a.m.
Police say the suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and was stopped by Winhall Police.
Following an investigation, police say they arrested Benjamin G. Pacheco, of Londonderry, for domestic assault and DUI.
Pacheco is scheduled to appear in court on February 21.
He is facing charges of domestic assault and was released on conditions after processing.
