LYNDON — A 31-year-old man was arrested on 7 VCOR charges in Lyndon yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop after observing several violations on US 5 and South Street at around 10:10 p.m.
Police say they identified the passenger, Alan Tanguay, of Lyndon, as being in violation of his conditions of release.
Tanguay was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks, where he received a citation to appear in court on March 27.
He was released to a third party.
