BENNINGTON — Police are investigating an incident that occurred in Bennington today.
Authorities say they were notified of a suspicious device at a home on Overlea Road.
Investigators say they treated it as a possible incendiary device.
Police say they are working with the Vermont State Police Bomb Disposal Team, Homeland Security Investigations, and ATF.
The Bennington Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
There is no danger to the public and there are no reported injuries to any individuals, police say.
State police were also on the scene assisting.
