WARREN — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash with injuries in Warren on Monday.
The crash took place on Sugarbush Access Road and German Flats Road at around 10:25 p.m.
Police identified one of the drivers as Riste Dimov, 27, of Burlington, as suspected of being under the influence while operating his vehicle.
Louis Brown, 28, of Warren, and a passenger in Dimov’s vehicle were both transported to CVMC for injuries.
Dimov was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin barracks for processing and cited to appear in court to answer to the charges of DUI with injury resulting and negligent operation.
