NASHUA — Police say 42-year-old man was arrested in Nashua.
On January 18, police say they were notified of a past sexual assault.
The victim reported that Victor Enriquez-Marin, of Nashua, had sexually assaulted her several times at a local residence.
The reported assaults occurred over the course of a few years.
Detectives from the Special Investigations Division were notified and further the investigation.
He was arrested on an active arrest warrant without incident.
He was also charged with three additional counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault – domestic violence, each a special felony.
Each special felony is punishable by a term of imprisonment in state prison, exclusive of fines.
He was released on a cash bail, pending his arraignment on March 16.
