Man arrested on stalking charges in Nashua

NASHUA — A 33-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in Nashua on Tuesday.

Police say they arrested Jonathan Wayne Sturtevant, of Nashua, on an active arrest warrant for stalking.

On February 4, police say they received a report that Jonathan Sturtevant violated a protection order by contacting the protected person.

Police say that Sturtevant had been issued a protection order barring him from having contact with an adult female known to him.

It was also found that Sturtevant had previously been convicted of stalking in January 2021 and
January 2023.

He is scheduled to be arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South on February 13.

He faces charges of stalking domestic violence
