NEWFANE — A 35-year-old man from Pennsylvania was cited for unlawful mischief following an incident in Newfane last week.
Authorities say they were notified of a person trespassing in a family vacation home on Grimes Hill Road at around 8:45 a.m. on Feb. 6.
Police say they responded and met with Christopher Tufano, of Spring Brook Township, PA.
It was found that Tufano caused damage to the property and was asked to leave.
Tufano was escorted off the property and cited to appear in court on March 21 to answer the charge.
