CHARLOTTE — A 41-year-old man from Ferrisburgh was arrested following an incident in Charlotte on Ssturday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight on Spear Street at around 3:55 p.m.
Through the course of the investigation, police allege that Matthew Husk had physically assaulted a domestic partner.
Husk was located at the scene and arrested without incident.
He faces charges of 2nd-degree aggravated assault.
Husk was issued conditions of release and later lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility without bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court tomorow to answer the charge.
