MONTPELIER — A 22-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Montpelier back in January.
Authorities say they were notified of a physical altercation that occurred during a basketball game at around 12:50 p.m. on January 23.
Police say the suspect engaged in violent and tumultuous behavior and then displayed and manipulated his genitalia in the presence of others.
Following an investigation, police say that probable cause that a man from Middlesex had committed the crime.
He was charged with disorderly conduct, prohibited lewd and indecent conduct, and lewd and lascivious conduct.
The man was arrested, but Montpleier police have not identified him in thier media log at this time.
