RUTLAND — A 42-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight that occurred on US Route 7 at around 5:45 p.m.
Police allege that Aime Page caused pain or bodily injury to a family or household member.
During the investigation, police say they observed Page display several indicators of impairment and it was found that he had operated a motor vehicle on a public highway.
He was taken into custody for first-degree aggravated domestic assault, domestic assault, driving under the influence.
Page was transported to the Rutland State Police barracks for processing.
After processing, he was issued a citation to appear in court.
