RANDOLPH — A 49-year-old man was arrested for DUI following an incident in Randolph yesterday.
Authorities say they were dispatched to the I-89 north entrance ramp and Route 66 at around 6:45 p.m.
Police say a vehicle had slid off the road.
The driver, identified as Shawn A. Moorby, of Randolph, had driven off the road and onto a snowbank.
Police say they immediately detected the odor of alcohol as well as indicators of impairment while speaking to Moorby.
Moorby was screened, placed under arrest, and transported to the VSP Royalton barracks.
