WATERBURY — A 41-year-old woman was charged following an incident that took place in Waterbury back in October.
On October 19, authorities say they were notified that Naomi Watker, of Waterbury, sent two sexually explicit videos of two people known to her via text message to a third party without the consent of the people depicted in the videos.
Yesterday, police showed up at Watker’s home.
She was not taken into custody but was issued a citation to appear in court on February 23.
She faces a charge of disclosure of sexually explicit images without consent.
