LEICESTER — A 37-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in Leicester on Monday.
Authorities say they were notified of multiple discharges of a firearm at the intersection of Leicester-Whiting Road and Swinington Hill Road at around 8:40 p.m.
During the course of the investigation, police allege that the complainant, Christopher Bridgmon, of Leicester, was at a home which was in violation of his court-ordered conditions of release.
Bridgmon also had an active warrant for his arrest.
He was placed under arrest and transported to Marble Valley Correctional Center.
He was issued a citation to appear in court the following day for the charges of violation of conditions of release and arrest on a warrant.
