WAITSFIELD — A 37-year-old man was cited following a crash in Waitsfield earlier this month.
Authorities say on January 3, they were notified of a truck and motorcycle crash on Riverview Road at around 3:05 p.m.
The driver, identified as Tyler Brownlee, of Waitsfield, displayed signs of impairment, police say.
Brownlee was transported to Central Vermont Medical Center due to his injuries.
He was cited for suspicion of DUI and DLS.
Brownlee is being charged with DUI #3 and DLS and is scheduled to appear in court on February 23.
