FAIRFAX — A 21-year-old woman from Jeffersonville was arrested for DUI following an incident in Fairfax yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle into a guardrail on Route 104, near Toof Road, at around 11:00 p.m.
Police say the driver, Theresa Trenholm, was found to be impaired.
Trenholm was taken into custody for DUI and transported to VSP St. Albans for processing.
She was issued a citation to appear in court for the charge on February 14.
