ROCKINGHAM — A 43-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Rockingham yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault that occurred at the Rodeway Inn Motel at around 10:00 p.m.
Police say that Anthony J. Saucer, a resident at the Rodeway, had assaulted a food delivery driver.
The driver was identified as Kyle Haley, 31, of Bellows Falls.
Saucer was arrested and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was issued conditions of release and a criminal citation to appear in court today to answer the charges of aggravated assault, unlawful mischief, and violation of conditions of release.
