FAIR HAVEN — A 41-year-old man was arrested on a warrant in Fair Haven yesterday.
Police say they arrested Justin R. Schroeder, of Carnarvon Street, Fair Haven.
Schroeder, who was wanted by police, was located walking on Liberty Street.
Police say he failed to appear in court on for prior charges of retail theft.
He was transported to Rutland District Court and turned over for arraignment.
