WILLIAMSTOWN — A 41-year-old man from Northfield was arrested in Williamstown yesterday.
Police say they were notified that Clinton L. Bell was at a home on Robar Road that he was not permitted to be at around 4:20 p.m.
Bell had court-ordered conditions of release not to be at that address, according to police.
He was also not allowed to have contact with a 61-year-old man from Williamstown.
Bell was located at the address and taken into police custody without incident.
He was transported to the Berlin State Police barracks for processing.
He was ordered held without bail at the Northwest Regional Correctional Facility in Saint Albans.
