WASHINGTON — A 33-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Washington last month.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic incident that occurred on December 25.
Police allege that Richard Haldane, of Washington, assaulted family members.
While Haldane was being taken into custody today, police say he resisted arrest.
Haldane was issued conditions of release, and ordered to appear in court on January 9.
He is charged with domestic assault, cruelty to a child, and resisting arrest.
