7 arrested in Newport, New Hampshire drug sweep

NEWPORT — Seven people were arrested in Newport during an operation called Holiday Safe Streets.

Police say following the arrests of Bryan Poisson and Braytn Kelley on November 28, 2022, on charges of robbery and sale of controlled drugs, the Newport Police Department and its law enforcement partners continued the investigation into a larger conspiracy to commit robberies, identity fraud, and sale of controlled drugs including Xanax, Psilocybin Mushrooms, Codeine, and marijuana.

Investigators conducted more than a dozen interviews and search warrants for social media records.

Newport Police obtained arrest warrants for seven individuals.

On December 28, 2022, the following subjects were arrested on those warrants:

Jamon Hall, 18, Lebanon, NH.

Charges: Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Identity Fraud, Possession of Controlled Drugs with Intent to Distribute

Lindsay Baker, 20, Newport, NH

Charges: Possession of Controlled Drugs, Transporting Drugs in a Motor Vehicle, Simple Assault

Angelica Anderson, 20, Hartford, VT

Charges: Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Riot

Dominic Mills, 18, Sunapee, NH

Charges: Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Assault, Conspiracy to Commit Sale of Controlled Drugs, Manufacture of Child Sexual Abuse Images, Violation of Privacy

Tiffany Mills, 46 Sunapee, NH

Charges: Conspiracy to Commit Sale of Controlled Drugs, Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, Intentional Contribution to Delinquency of a Minor

Ethan Ritondo, 23, Newport, NH

Charges: Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Sale of Controlled Drugs, Conspiracy to Commit Sale of Controlled Drugs

Investigators also have an active arrest warrant and are currently seeking the whereabouts of the following subject:

Chance Fumunani, 18, Manchester, NH

Charges: Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Identity Fraud

This investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests and charges are anticipated.
