PROCTOR — A 35-year-old man from Proctor was arrested for DLS on Sunday.
Authorities were notified of an assault on Park Street at around 9:25 p.m.
Police say a woman was allegedly dragged by a vehicle, which had left the scene prior to their arrival.
The vehicle was described as a silver BMW.
Police canvased the area and located the vehicle.
The driver was identified as Edward Loso Jr.
Police say they did not observe Loso operating with an ignition interlock device in the vehicle he operates.
He was taken into custody for DLS.
It was found that no crime was actually committed in reference to the initiating call.
