Man arrested for DUI #2, resisting arrest in Brookline

BROOKLINE — A 53-year-old man from Bennington was arrested following an incident in Brookline yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute and trespassing complaint at around 7:10 p.m.

Police say that William Tronsen had operated a motor vehicle on a public highway and showed signs of impairment.

Tronsen was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence.

He resisted arrest, was taken into custody, and transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster barracks for processing.
