Man arrested for domestic assault in Marlboro

MARLBORO — A 52-year-old man was arrested for first-degree aggravated assault following an incident in Marlboro on December 26.

Authorities say they were notified of a family fight at a home on Shearer Hill Road at around 10:30 p.m.

State police arrived on the scene and found that Bradley Hurlbert, of Marlboro, physically assaulted another household member.

Hurlbert was arrested for first-degree aggravated assault and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.

He was lodged on no bail and transferred into the custody of Southern State Correctional Facility.

He was issued a criminal citation to appear in court today
