WESTMINSTER — A 43-year-old man was arrested in Westminster following an incident that took place earlier this month.
On December 9, authorities were notified of a road rage incident on Henwood Hill Road at around 12:20 p.m.
Police say that Shawn C. Rathburn, of Westminster, was suspected of committing the crime.
Yesterday, Rathburn was issued a citation to appear in court on February 14.
He is being charged with criminal threatening.
