WATERBURY — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man seen in Waterbury yesterday.
Authorities were notified that the man entered the VSECU on South Main Street and tried to cash a counterfeit check.
VSECU provided police with a surveillance video capturing the man at the bank at the time.
