GEORGIA — A 46-year-old man from Sheldon is facing charges police say.
On October 12, police were contacted in regard to possible home improvement fraud occurring on Carpenter Hill Road.
Police say that probable cause was found to charge David Johnson with home improvement fraud.
Yesterday, Johnson was issued a criminal citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
