MIDDLESEX — A 28-year-old woman was arrested for DUI in Middlesex early this morning.
Police say a single-vehicle crash was reported on US Route 2 at around 12:20 a.m.
A Toyota Rav4 was seen off the road and partially blocking railroad tracks.
The driver was identified as Jillian Pierce, of Middlesex.
Police say that Pierce was under the influence of intoxicants at the time of the operation.
She was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and processed at the Berlin barracks.
She was released with a citation to appear in court for DUI.
