DERBY — A 49-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI in Derby yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop for a speeding violation on I-91 at around 7:00 p.m.
The driver was identified as Clinton Mihill.
Police say Mihill displayed many indicators of impairment.
He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
He was transported to the Derby barracks where he was processed and later released with a citation.
