RUTLAND — A 45-year-old man from Rutland City was cited yesterday.
Authorities were notified that a man was trespassing at the Hannaford at around 6:20 p.m.
Police identified the man as Raja Taylor.
Police say he continued to refuse to leave after they arrived on scene.
Taylor was taken into custody without further incident for unlawful trespass and transported to the State Police barracks in Rutland for processing.
After processing, The was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
