PUTNEY — Two were cited following a crash in Putney last Thursday.
The crash took place on River Road at around 7:25 a.m.
Police say that both drivers, Donald R. Wark, 39, of Putney, and Justin A. Packard, Sr., 38, of Putney, had operated in a negligent manner due to “road rage”.
Both were issued multiple tickets and cited for negligent operation.
The two men were ordered to appear in court to answer to the charges.
