BRATTLEBORO — A 36-year-old man was arrested in Brattleboro last Thursday.
Police say they observed a vehicle traveling at over 120 miles-per-hour.
This deputy was able to catch up to the vehicle near exit 5 in Westminster.
Police say the vehicle was stopped and the driver, Micah McTaggart, showed signs of impairment.
He was screened and arrested for DUI #2, excessive speed, and gross negligent operation.
He was processed at the Bellows Falls Police Department and released on a citation to appear at a later date.
