ARLINGTON — A 66-year-old man was cited for his second DUI in Arlington last month.
Authorities were notified of an unconscious man found inside a truck at the Arlington Recreational Park on November 22.
Police identified the driver, as Edward Vosburg, of Arlington.
On Thursday, lab results indicated Vosburg’s (BAC) Blood Alcohol Content was above the legal limit.
Police say Vosburg was issued a citation to appear in court for the charge.
